Confidentiality is a keynote of HQ Search, Inc., which means that there are no "laundry lists" of our client firms anywhere. So to protect the identity of HQ Search, Inc.'s client firms while providing the vital information of what specific types of financial services positions have been successfully completed, the following is a list of representative searches HQ Search, Inc. has undertaken, both past and present.
Of course, relevant references are provided when requested before starting a retained search assignment. Also, several of our clients have gladly waived their anonymity in order to comment on the quality and experience one can expect when working with HQ Search, Inc. on a retained search. LEVELS AND COMPENSATION
The level of positions HQ Search, Inc. has conducted searches for covers all levels from senior management (EVP, SVP, CFO, National and Group department heads, and Managing Directors) to VPs, AVPs, and Associates.
Base compensation of searches performed is minimally $100,000 U.S. dollars with total annual compensation averaging $300,000 U.S. dollars to greater than $1 million U.S. dollars. Some search exceptions for lower level compensation and position responsibilities do occur when requested by existing clients.
